Jeff provides legal services to small businesses and small business owners who have important, but less frequent, needs for business consultation than larger law firms may require. In addition to his legal experience, Jeff also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management. The majority of Jeff's large-firm experience focused on large-scale corporate bankruptcies in California. While Jeff no longer takes on corporate bankruptcy filings, he does prepare answers, filings, and motions for clients who have a business relationship with other companies who are filing for bankruptcy.
